Changes in TR CU 009/2011 "On the safety of perfumes and cosmetics"

Changes to the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On the safety of perfumes and cosmetics" (TR CU 009/2011), which were adopted by the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on April 15, 2022 No. 64, clarify the requirements for the composition of perfumes and cosmetics.

In particular, the list of substances prohibited for use in such products has been updated in the relevant technical regulation. The lists of substances allowed for use have also been updated, taking into account established restrictions, permitted dyes, preservatives and UV filters.
